What is penis enlargment?

On average, a penis measures between 3 and 4 inches when flaccid and between 5 and 7 inches when erect. Penis enlargement is condition that when men want to make his penis bigger and longer by involving an invasive procedure or surgery.

Who is a candidate for penis enlargement?

Commonly, men have normal penis size and imagine, but he always concern about his penis is too small hence it not enough size to satisfy his partner. All these thoughts arise when he see another guy who own bigger penis in the toilet or swimming pool but he don’t know with his penis size is in normal rank.

Sometimes the penis does not function properly because of injury or birth defects.

In other cases, men want to involve a purely cosmetic surgery, probably, from trend of young generation.

Are there non-surgical methods for increasing penis size?

Some men take pills, use lotions, or attach weights to their flaccid penis to increase size. However, none of these methods is recommended.

How is the penis widened?

To increase penis girth, surgeons may graft tissue from another part of the body. Or, they may inject fat into the penis, although sometimes this fat is reabsorbed by the body and the procedure will have to be done again. Nowadays, filter is safe and good choice for making penis more bigger both at glans and shaft and base penis. Tissue flaps in the pubic area can also be attached to the penis to widen it.

How is the penis lengthened?

There are two common methods.

Liposuction. This procedure reduces fat at the base of the penis so that it will look longer.

Ligament release. This method involves cutting a ligament that keeps the penis close to the pubic bone. It also gives the appearance of having a longer penis, but many men find that their penis is not longer when erect. Ligaments can eventually reattach to the pubic bone, so men may need to attach weights to the penis to prevent this.

What are some complications of penis enlargement surgery?

Many men are not satisfied with the results of surgery and feel that their penis is still too small. Some have problems with ,sexual function. Their penis may not look the same because of scarring or fatty deposits. Some partners find sex more difficult after a man has had penis enlargement surgery. It may make intercourse uncomfortable for many women. For example, if a penis is too long, it can hit her cervix, causing pain.
